Every love story starts somewhere, and ours began with a simple online connection. Before long, we decided to meet in person in a city halfway between us. What started as a visit to a magic shop to break the ice quickly turned into nearly seven hours of conversation as we discovered our shared interests and an effortless connection.

By the end of the day, neither of us wanted the conversation to end.

Over the next seven years, our relationship continued to grow through life's adventures and challenges. One of the greatest tests of our relationship was a year-long military deployment, which taught us the strength of our commitment and the importance of supporting one another no matter the distance.

Along the way, we've made countless memories together, including our favorite adventure—a Caribbean cruise filled with sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable experiences. Whether traveling to new places or enjoying everyday moments together, we've always found joy in sharing life's journey side by side.

On the Fourth of July, surrounded by the beauty of a beach sunset and with two of our closest friends nearby, he planned the perfect surprise. As the sun dipped below the horizon, he got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. Of course, the answer was yes!

We are so grateful for the path that brought us together and for the love, laughter, and memories we've shared over the past seven years. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with our family and friends as we begin our greatest adventure yet.
